1.1 Introduction

By accessing and using this website (the "Site") and purchasing products from Pure Health & Wellness, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

1.3 Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or availability of products at any time without prior notice.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and details accurately, but cannot guarantee your device displays them exactly.

1.4 Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full.
Payments are processed securely via PayFast. Pure Health & Wellness does not store your card or banking details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing error), in which case a full refund will be issued.

1.5 Delivery & Collection

R95 nationwide delivery via courier.

Please note: the delivery price does not include or cover addresses where a standard courier cannot deliver, or which incur an additional levy (Postnet, Pep, chain stores, hospitals, farms, plots, or other high-risk areas). If your order incurs an additional levy, we will contact you — you can choose to pay it, or we can send your order to your nearest Pudo locker instead.

If you'd like to arrange your own courier for collection, select "Do NOT deliver to me — I will pick it up at RVLTN Coffee Shop" at checkout.

We aim to send out orders on the same day, or no later than the next working day. Courier delivery time depends on your area and can take 2–5 working days.

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.

1.6 Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Pure Health & Wellness and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

1.7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Health & Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this Site or its products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.

1.8 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Return & Refund Policy

2.1 Change of Mind

Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:

Opened consumable, topical, or ingestible wellness products
Items marked as final sale or clearance
Fridge items

2.3 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

If the product has been opened or used, your feedback will be escalated to the product manufacturer, who will use their discretion to determine a refund value. Pure Health & Wellness will not be held responsible for issuing the refund in this scenario — this responsibility sits with the manufacturer.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via PayFast within 7–10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.

Liability Waiver & Health Disclaimer

3.1 Not Medical Advice

The products and information provided by Pure Health & Wellness are intended for general wellness purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3.2 Consult a Healthcare Professional

Customers are advised to consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any product, particularly if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking chronic medication, managing a medical condition, or unsure of ingredient suitability.

3.3 Allergies & Sensitivities

Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients prior to use. Pure Health & Wellness is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities resulting from ingredients disclosed on product packaging or the Site.

3.4 Assumption of Risk

By purchasing and using any product from Pure Health & Wellness, the customer acknowledges that they do so voluntarily and assumes responsibility for how the product is used, stored, and applied.

3.5 No Guaranteed Results

Any results, testimonials, or outcomes referenced on the Site are individual experiences and are not guaranteed for all customers.

Delivery/billing address
Order history and product preferences
Payment information, processed directly and securely by PayFast — we do not see or store your full card or banking details

PayFast, to process payment securely
Our courier partner, for delivery address purposes
Service providers who help operate the Site (e.g. hosting), bound by confidentiality

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, unauthorised access, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Under POPIA, you have the right to:
